ISO Spaces are delighted to have been invited to join South West Procurement Alliance (SWPA)’s exclusive Low Carbon Offsite Housing Construction DPS. 

This Framework can be used by social landlords, local authorities, and other public sector organisations to procure works, products and services for the construction of social housing, schools and public buildings using MMC. 

The Low Carbon Offsite Housing Construction DPS is designed to provide buyers with access to a group of pre-qualified contractors for use in public sector new build and development. 

ISO Spaces have been added to this framework as an approved MMC supplier for micro and small lots, and can deliver as many as 15 units at a time.
