We are excited to announce that we have launched our second round of crowdfunding on Crowdcube. You now have the chance to own equity shares in ISO Spaces, with investments starting as low as £10 for a B share. There is a level of investment suitable for everybody who would like to join us on our journey and be a part of our success story.

We successfully raised £448k in May 2016 on Crowdcube which enabled us to pioneer the largest emergency housing development in the UK made from shipping containers. ISO Spaces are still to this day the only company on Crowdcube to have our investors a dividend.

With the UK’s housing crisis now reaching critical levels, we now plan to use the funds to upscale our manufacturing and delivery of permanently portable units for use in emergency housing projects and other residential and office developments to meet the ever-growing demand.

With a sales pipeline of over 500 housing units for 2018 and recently being listed as one of the Sunday Times Fast Track: 10 Rising Companies to Watch, there has never been a more exciting time to be a part of what we do.
