When we were approached by property marketing specialists, Cre8te, to design and manufacture a marketing suite conversion for Savills’ GIANT Didcot Distribution Park site, we simply couldn’t say no.

Since the demolition of this vast former power station, Savills have been tasked with marketing 100,000 – 1,000,000 sq ft of space for mixed business use.

The 2 x 40ft marketing suite conversion was designed, manufactured and installed by ISO Spaces for Savills to use as their home, whilst marketing these spaces. The 40ft length of demountable decking, opens out onto the panoramic view of Didcot Distribution Park.
