ISO Spaces receives BOPAS accreditation for Volumetric Modular Building System

ISO Spaces is delighted to announce we have received accreditation from BOPAS, the Buildoffsite Property Assurance Scheme, for our Volumetric Modular Building System.

BOPAS certification is the industry benchmark for quality and durability, providing assurance that ISO Spaces’ modular building system will deliver consistent performance for at least 60 years with regular, industry-approved maintenance.

ISO Spaces’ offsite-manufactured, modular housing system was assessed as part of the stringent BOPAS accreditation process which addressed all areas of project development. The key performance areas included everything from internal processes, concept and design to manufacture and construction.

Andre Koch, Head of Engineering & Projects commented:

It’s a fantastic achievement for ISO Spaces to have obtained BOPAS accreditation for our modular housing system, the only permanently-portable solution of its kind to have done so. Not only does the accreditation provide assurance of the quality, reliability, durability and energy efficiency of our modular building solution, it also ensures that our products are mortgageable.

Having already delivered a number of offsite building projects across a wide range of sectors, including permanently-portable housing solutions for a number of UK councils, we are now extremely well placed to continue to address the major challenges the UK housing sector is currently facing.
