BOPAS
ISO Spaces has been awarded Buildoffsite Property Assurance Scheme (BOPAS) accreditation against the Modular Volumetric Building System (MVBS). The scope of the approval includes the assessment of our quality management systems, processes, design, manufacture and construction, whilst also assessing the MVBS to have in excess of 60 years durability with universally accepted maintenance regimes in place.

ISO 9001:2015
ISO Spaces Quality Management System has been approved for ‘the design and manufacture of permanently portable spaces for living and working’. The ISO 9001:2015 certification provides our clients with the confidence that our business works to a globally recognised standard, a stamp of approval sought by many companies in search of a new supplier.

We are incredibly proud to have been included in The Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100 for 2018 as one of the fastest-growing companies in the UK. Capping another fantastic year for the company, we superseded our own expectations and ISO Spaces placed 10th amongst some of the biggest brands nationwide, and as the 2nd fastest growing company in the South West.

In 2017 Ben & Gregg won Microentrepreneur for Growth, it came after long sustained business growth, employing 20 people.


Winners, Tomorrow’s Contribution To Sustainability 
We are thrilled to announce we have been shortlisted for the Cornwall Sustainability Awards 2015. ISO Spaces have been shortlisted for two categories; Best Innovator – Tomorrow’s Contribution to Sustainability and Best Contribution to Resource Efficiency. The awards are a means of gaining recognition for the work businesses in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly are doing to consistently improve their own sustainability.


Ignite Winner 2014
2014 saw ISO Spaces win Ignite, one of Europe’s most coveted business competitions. The awards ceremony took place last November at the National Maritime Museum in Falmouth. ISO Spaces was awarded a £120,000 prize package providing support in various aspects of business development. Following on from the win, a goal was set to triple turnover within the next financial year. ISO Spaces success in 2015 has allowed the initial figure to be exceeded fivefold.

Housing association Hyde Group has selected 41 construction contractors to participate in a framework contract valued at £2bn. ISO Spaces has been appointed to the framework in the modern methods of construction (MMC) lot.

The South West Procurement Alliance’s (SWPA) Low Carbon Offsite Housing DPS is a solution that allows all publicly owned bodies in the South West to access suppliers capable of providing low carbon solutions to housing construction.
